Pregnancy

Please let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and we will help you choose the best service for you. Not all services can be performed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Guess

Guess older than 9 years old are welcome to wait in the lobby area. Due to the nature of our services we are unable to have guess near the treatment areas.

Minors

We welcome all guess. Please inform us if you or your child would like to schedule an appointment. All minors need consent from a parent or guardian and fill out the consent form accordantly. Depending on the age and service will require a parent or guardian to attend their appointment.

More Than 10 Minutes Late

Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Appointments are scheduled close together, and any time that you are late to your appointment will be a part of your appointment. Any appointments that are 10minutes late is considered a cancelation, and are subject to our cancelation policy.

Reschedule, Cancel and No Show

If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please notify us 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is rescheduled, canceled or no showed without 24 hours notice a 50% booking fee is required to schedule your next appointments. The booking fee is refundable and transferable if 24 hours notice is given to reschedule or cancel. Booking fees are not refundable if an appointment is rescheduled, canceled or no showed within 24 hours.

Changing Appointments

Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Once your appointment is scheduled we reserve the time for you. Appointments are not changeable within 24 hours. For example if you scheduled a 1:25 hour fill and rescheduled day of to a 45minute fill. This swill be subject to our reschedule policy.
Please inform us before your appointment if you would like to add a service. We will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services refunds are not given. Please inform us within 3 days of your appointment if you are unsatisfied with your service.

How do I care for my Lashes

Pro accounts can add their own logo to Client Billing forms and the Editor. Pro accounts can also remove references to Webflow in the source code and form submission emails, and hide the Webflow badge from their staging sites.

What is the best time to schedule for an event

Webflow hosting scales automatically to handle millions of concurrent visits. All site plans serve sites through our Amazon's Cloudfront CDN and accelerated using Fastly, loading sites in milliseconds.

What kind of support does Webflow provide?

We offer fast email support to paid accounts and prioritized help for team accounts. Community support (forum.webflow.com) is available to free accounts.

Foreign Fills

We do not accept fills from outside of our salon. If you already have lash extensions on a removal and a full set will be required. A removal must be scheduled at least a day before your full set.

Lash Lifts

Please let us know if you have had a lash lift within the last 12 weeks before scheduling an appointment. We will not be able to attach lash extensions to lifted lashes. To lift lashes that have been lifted in the past will require ALL of your pervious lashes to have gown out to avoid overprocessing.

Wax Appointments

The earliest availbility  for a wax appointment is 9:30am on weekdays and 10:00am on weekends.
