- Your membership term begins on the day you sign up. Your membership dues will be charged the day you sign up and on the anniversary of every month until your membership is ended in accordance with this agreement.
-Membership fees is an auto-renewable $125 a month. This is a non refundable fee. Members will receive up to 4 tans a month refreshing on their anniversary date. Unused tans are not redeemable after the anniversary date. If all tans are used additional tans may be purchased for $30. 
-Katrina’s Aesthetics reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or membership services at any time.

Appointments at Katrina's Aesthetics are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. You are responsible for scheduling your service(s) in advance to ensure that you receive your preferred date, time and service provider. Please provide 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation, reschedule, or no show. Any appointment that needs to be rescheduled, canceled or no showed without 24 hours notice will require a 50% deposit of the scheduled service price. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours proceeding your appointment.

Have the flexibility to cancel any time. After notice of cancelation your membership will end on the anniversary date of your membership.  Your account will no longer be charged. You may continue to use any credits on your account until the anniversary date when all credits refresh.
